Services

OC Appliance Repair provides appliance repair services in Orange County, California. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and other major appliances.

Service Call Fee

A service call fee of $89 is charged for each service visit. This fee covers the technician's visit to your home and diagnosis of the appliance issue. If you proceed with the repair, this fee is applied toward the total repair cost.

Estimates and Pricing

After diagnosing your appliance, we will provide an upfront estimate for the repair. You are under no obligation to proceed with the repair. If you decline, only the service call fee applies. Repair costs include parts and labor and will be disclosed before any work begins.

Warranty

All repairs performed by OC Appliance Repair come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers the specific repair performed. If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we will return to address it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover new issues, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.

Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling service and to ensure someone 18 years or older is present during the service appointment. You must provide reasonable access to the appliance requiring service. We offer 2-hour arrival windows and will contact you when our technician is on the way.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 2 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment information is processed securely through our payment processors.

Limitation of Liability

OC Appliance Repair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OC Appliance Repair and its employees from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
