The service call

A visit is a flat $89, which covers travelling to the address and diagnosing the fault. Approve a repair and that amount is deducted from the price in full. Decline, and the visit is all you owe.

Quotes and approval

The price for a repair is given after the machine has been looked at, in writing, and no work beyond the diagnosis begins until you have accepted it. If something is found once the appliance is opened up that changes the figure, work stops and you are asked again before it continues.

Parts

Parts are ordered against the model and serial plate on your appliance. Where a part is discontinued, we will say so rather than fit an approximation, and where the cost of the repair approaches the value of the machine we will tell you that too.

OC Appliance Repair Co is an independent appliance repair company operating in Orange County, California. It is not affiliated with Thermador, Viking, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Bosch, Maytag, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, Kenmore, Miele, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Speed Queen or any other manufacturer. Repairs carried out under a manufacturer's warranty belong with a factory-authorised provider, and we are not one. The maker names above record which equipment we service, nothing more.
