About OC Appliance Repair Co
OC Appliance Repair Co is an independent appliance repair company working across Orange County, from Seal Beach down to San Clemente and inland through the master-planned south. We handle eleven appliance types and sixteen brands. What follows is how the work is organised and what we will and will not tell you.
How the work is organised
The county is split into four bands on this site, and that is how jobs are routed: Beach Cities, North County, Central County and South County. Each of the thirty-two towns has its own page because the housing is genuinely different between them. A Fullerton kitchen remodelled around a pre-war footprint constrains what will fit; an Aliso Viejo one does not. Knowing which band a call is in tells us which faults to expect before anyone opens a van door.
What we actually repair
Eleven appliance types, led by microwaves: built-in, over-the-range and drawer units. Wine coolers, ice makers and garbage disposals come next, then laundry, ovens, refrigeration, dishwashers, cooktops and freezers. Refrigeration is on the list and we do it properly, but this is a general appliance company rather than a built-in refrigeration specialist, and we would rather say that than let you find out. Anything gas gets checked at the connection before it is checked anywhere else.
What we will not claim
There are figures we could put on this page and will not. We do not publish a founding year, a headcount, a job total or a promise measured in minutes, because none of it is checkable from outside and all of it is easy to invent. What is checkable: the flat $89 service call, the four bands, the thirty-two towns, the sixteen brands and the eleven appliance types. Licensed and insured, independent, and not affiliated with any manufacturer named here.

What people say
Wine unit drifted well above its set point during a hot week. The thermistor was reading badly and the coils needed cleaning. Sensor replaced and coils cleared, and it has held since through worse heat.
Andre F.Rancho Santa Margarita★★★★★
Refrigerator fan noise rose and fell all evening. The evaporator fan motor was failing. Replaced and it is quiet again, though he had to come back the next day with the correct part.
Zoila M.Laguna Hills★★★★☆
Every run of the built-in microwave here in Fountain Valley took the breaker out. The capacitor had shorted. He replaced it with the diode, then ran repeated test loads to be sure it was stable.

Questions people ask
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, licensed and insured, and we will not print a number on a web page to prove it. Ask when a technician arrives and it can be shown to you at the door. We are independent of every manufacturer named here, so anything still in warranty goes back to the maker rather than to us.
Do you work on commercial equipment?
The site is written around residential kitchens and laundry rooms, which is most of what we see. Light commercial equipment in an office kitchen or a small break room is often the same machine in a different room. Call with the model number and we will tell you honestly whether it is ours.
Why is there no contact form?
Because a form adds a wait and loses detail. A repair booking needs the appliance, the brand, the model plate and the symptom, and that is a short conversation rather than a text box. Contact is the phone line, answered around the clock, or the online booking page. There is no email address.
Tell us what it is doing
Say what the machine is, what it is doing and roughly when it started, and we will tell you what a visit involves.
