What this website collects

Nothing you type. There is no contact form on this site, no newsletter and no account to create, so there is no field anywhere for you to enter a name, an address or a payment detail. Standard web server logs record the pages requested, the time, and the browser making the request, which is how any web server works.

What happens when you call

To arrange a visit we need your name, the address the appliance is at, a phone number to reach you on, and what the machine is doing. We keep that for as long as it takes to carry out and stand behind the work, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone marketing to you.

Booking through the scheduling page

The "book online" links leave this website and open a scheduling service operated separately. Anything you enter there is handled under that service's own terms, not this page's.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. Where traffic measurement is in use it is aggregate — how many people reached a page, not who — except for calls and bookings and the visit recordings, below.

Calls and bookings

When you tap a phone, text, email or booking link on this site, our own analytics stores the IP address of that visit together with the action, so we can see roughly where requests come from. We keep it for 90 days, use it for nothing else, and never sell or share it.

Visit recordings

The site also uses PostHog, a service of PostHog Inc. in the United States, to see how visitors use it. It records the pages you open, where you click and how far you scroll, your device and browser type, page-speed measurements, and a replay of the visit in which anything typed into a field is hidden. It sets no cookies; its session data stays in the storage of your open browser tab and is discarded when the tab is closed. PostHog receives your IP address, keeps it with this data and uses it to estimate your approximate location. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded. We use it only to improve this site and never sell it; PostHog keeps recordings for 30 days and other usage data for up to one year.

Asking us about your information

California residents may ask what customer information we hold, and ask us to delete it. Ring the number on this site and say so; we will confirm who you are against the job record and act on it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
