What this website collects

Nothing you type. There is no contact form on this site, no newsletter and no account to create, so there is no field anywhere for you to enter a name, an address or a payment detail. Standard web server logs record the pages requested, the time, and the browser making the request, which is how any web server works.

What happens when you call

To arrange a visit we need your name, the address the appliance is at, a phone number to reach you on, and what the machine is doing. We keep that for as long as it takes to carry out and stand behind the work, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone marketing to you.

Booking through the scheduling page

The "book online" links leave this website and open a scheduling service operated separately. Anything you enter there is handled under that service's own terms, not this page's.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. Where traffic measurement is in use it is aggregate — how many people reached a page, not who.

Asking us about your information

California residents may ask what customer information we hold, and ask us to delete it. Ring the number on this site and say so; we will confirm who you are against the job record and act on it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
